DESCRIPTION:<h1>Triathlon du Dauphine S – Les adultes au
 rendez-vous</h1>
 
 <p><strong>Ludo, Fred et Thierry</strong> ont pris
 part au <strong>Triathlon du Dauphine S</strong>, une epreuve
 complete composee de <strong>800 m de natation</strong>, suivis de
 <strong>21 km de velo</strong> et <strong>5 km de course a
 pied</strong>.</p>

 <p> </p>
 
 <p>La course a
 debute par une natation engagee dans une eau a
 <strong>19°C</strong>, avant d’enchainer sur un parcours velo
 rendu exigeant par un <strong>fort vent du sud</strong>, mettant les
 organismes a rude epreuve. Enfin, la course a pied, disputee autour
 du lac de Champos, est venue conclure ce triathlon dans un cadre
 naturel agreable mais exigeant.</p>
 
 <p>Les trois athletes ont
 realise de belles performances :</p>
 
 <ul>
 	<li><strong>Ludovic
 Fauritte (Ludo)</strong> se classe <strong>43ᵉ au scratch</strong>
 en <strong>1h19'45"</strong>, avec une solide regularite sur les
 trois disciplines (<strong>17'44" en natation + T1</strong>,
 <strong>40'57" a velo</strong>, <strong>21'02" en T2 + course a
 pied</strong>). Il termine egalement <strong>5ᵉ de sa categorie
 V1M</strong>.</li>
 </ul>
 
 <p> </p>
 
 <ul>
 	<li><strong>Frederic Puaux
 (Fred)</strong> signe une <strong>tres belle natation</strong> en
 <strong>15'55"</strong>, avant de poursuivre son effort pour terminer
 <strong>78ᵉ au scratch</strong> en <strong>1h25'12"</strong>
 (<strong>43'35" a velo</strong>, <strong>25'40" en T2 + course a
 pied</strong>). Il prend une <strong>4ᵉ place dans sa categorie
 V4M</strong>.</li>
 </ul>
 
 <p> </p>
 
 <ul>
 	<li><strong>Thierry
 Place</strong> complete ce trio avec une <strong>89ᵉ place au
 scratch</strong> en <strong>1h26'54"</strong>. Regulier lui aussi
 (<strong>16'45" en natation + T1</strong>, <strong>43'38" a
 velo</strong>, <strong>26'30" en T2 + course a pied</strong>), il
 monte sur le podium avec une <strong>2ᵉ place en categorie
 V5M</strong>.</li>
 </ul>
 
 <h1>Triathlon du Dauphine XS, Duathlon 6-9
 ans et Duathlon 10-13 ans</h1>
 
 <p>Triathlon XS: deux jeunes,
 categorie benjamin, qui realisent une belle course. Lysian CHIROL 
 et Lalie DOUDAINE, une bonne repetition pour les prochaines
 courses</p>
 
 <p> </p>
 
 <p>Duathlon 6-9ans: Luka GUERRIN, pour sa
 premiere annee a pris plaisir sur cette
 course.</p>
 
 <p> </p>
 
 <p>Duathlon 10-13 ans : Manon BERGER et
 Arthur CHARREYRON ,egalement nouveau, realises leur premier
 competition de Duathlon. Pas toujours evident mais chose faite. ils
 pourront ainsi se projeter sur d'autres courses.</p>

 <p>Malgre
 des conditions parfois difficiles, notamment a velo, tous ont su
 faire preuve de determination et d’endurance pour porter haut les
 couleurs du club sur cette belle epreuve du Dauphine.</p>
