 performances pour Annonay Triathlon</h3>
 
 <p>Le week-end dernier,
 plusieurs athletes d’Annonay Triathlon etaient engages sur le
 Triathlon et SwimBike de Bourg-en-Bresse, sur le format M. Une
 epreuve exigeante qui a permis aux representants du club de signer de
 tres belles performances, avec notamment un podium de categorie et
 plusieurs places d’honneur.</p>

 Triathlon M : PUAUX Frederic solide chez les V4</h2>
 
 <p>Sur le
 format M, <strong>Frederic Puaux</strong> realise une course tres
 aboutie en <strong>2h43’46’’</strong> et termine <strong>119e
 au scratch</strong>. Il decroche egalement une superbe <strong>4e
 place en Veteran 4 (sur 28)</strong>.</p>
 
 <p>Apres une natation
 maitrisee en 26’41’’, il enchaine avec un velo solide a haute
 intensite, puis termine par une course a pied reguliere en
 48’39’’. Une performance globale tres propre sur un parcours
 rythme.</p>

 <p>Chez les
 feminines, <strong>Valerie Mafille</strong> signe une course solide
 en <strong>3h21’09’’</strong> et termine <strong>352e au
 scratch</strong>, mais surtout <strong>3e de sa categorie Veteran 3
 (sur 43)</strong>, confirmant une belle performance de
 regularite.</p>
 
 <p>Elle realise une natation correcte en
 34’10’’, avant de maintenir un effort constant sur le velo et
 la course a pied malgre la longueur de l’epreuve.</p>

 <p>Sur le
 format SwimBike M (natation + velo), <strong>Karine Blanchet</strong>
 realise une tres belle performance en

 <p>Elle prend la <strong>22e
 place au scratch</strong>, mais surtout une excellente <strong>2e
 place en Veteran 4</strong>, ainsi qu’une <strong>4e place
 feminine</strong>. Une course tres reguliere, marquee par une
 natation efficace en 27’45’’ et un velo solide.</p>

 <p>Entre podiums de categorie,
 places d’honneur et performances solides sur des formats exigeants,
 les athletes d’Annonay Triathlon ont une nouvelle fois montre leur
 engagement et leur regularite.</p>
 
 <p>Un grand bravo a
 <strong>Frederic Puaux, Valerie Mafille et Karine Blanchet</strong>
 pour leurs resultats a Bourg-en-Bresse et pour avoir brillamment
 porte les couleurs du club.</p>
